A team of 23 students from UNC Kenan- Flagler business school (United States) visited Wildlife SOS’s Elephant Conservation and Care Center(ECCC), Uttar Pradesh as a part of their educational tour this month. Mr Baiju Raj M.V. who is a wildlife biologist and works as a Director- Administration at Wildlife SOS’s Agra Bear Rescue Facility gave a presentation about the elephants rescued by Wildlife SOS.

The presentation gave the students an insight about how these elephants were rescued and the problems faced by Wildlife SOS in rescuing process. Mr. Baiju clarified all the student queries regarding the elephants and other elephant centers. The students loved the Indian food at the Elephant Conservation and Care Center and also purchased some gift items created by the Kalandar community. It was a memorable and inspirational experienc for them.
