If you want a copy of one of pictures to stick on your fridge or use in a school project please feel free to print anything you like from this site.

If you have a personal home page, please feel free to use photos with a hyperlinked credit on every page where one of my photos appears. Acceptable HTML is

That way people know who took the picture and also can find the on-line copyright statement. You do not need to pay for usage.

Web linking or copying:
 External linking is permitted to html pages (Video Center page, Photo Gallery page, etc.) on wildlifesos.com only. Direct linking to photos, video clips or graphics is prohibited. Direct linking not only uses our bandwidth, but prevents the visitor from viewing the copyright notices and terms of use guidelines. Furthermore, direct linking to video and photos prevents visitors from exploring links to the rest of our site.
Copying our material (including photos, video, text, graphics, video screen captures, etc.) to other web sites, galleries, newsgroups, list servers, ftp servers, file sharing services or any outside medium is strictly prohibited.

Commercial or non-profit Web use of photos and other materials
If you would like to use material (including photos, video, text, graphics, video screen captures, etc.) on a commercial page or non-profit page, then please do the following:

register the URL with Wildlife SOS, including the reason of usage (sending email to wsos@vsnl.com is fine) add the hyperlinked credit as above (on every page where a photo appears)
Depending on the reason for using the material you do not need to pay for usage, either, though Wildlife SOS reserves the right to deny, restrict or add additional agreements to usage on sites at the discretion of Wildlife SOS.
 
Commercial usage of text, photos, video etc.

Any incorporation of our work (photo, video, graphics, text etc.) into commercial or business works (including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, presentations, news stories, mailings, artwork, decor, displays, packaging, etc.) requires a signed and paid written license from Wildlife SOS. We would be happy to assist you in securing a license, please  wsos@vsnl.com for more information.

Use of photos and Web pages in print
If you're a private person and want to use any material in a personal printed brochure or magazine, you can do so at no charge with a "Photo courtesy www.wildlifesos.com" credit.

If you want to use a material (as defined here-under) in print project, e.g., magazine article, advertisement, book, brochure, mailing, etc., please contact Wildlife SOS via email for conditions ans possible rates.

Paintings/Drawings
Artists are welcome to use materials (as defined here-under) as a basis for a drawing or painting in exchange for a credit. If an image of the artwork is displayed on the Web, credit should be a hyperlink to www.wildlifesos.com with a note "Partially based on a photo from www.wildlifesos.com". Otherwise the same note can be used in a printed description of the work.

Definition of material
A material is - including but not limited to - photos, logo(s), video, text, graphics, video screen captures, stories of rescues of Wildlife SOS and or Friendicoes grounds, shelter(s), offices and during Wildlife SOS and or Friendicoes work outside premises of Wildlife SOS and or Friendicoes. As published or not published by Wildlife SOS in advertisements, brochures, presentations, news stories, mailings, artwork, decor, displays, packaging, newsletters, etc.

Bounty
If you see any material (as defined above) in a magazine, mailing, Web page, etc. and there is no credit, then it is almost surely unauthorized. If you are the first person to tell me about it, we will send you a free photo print for your wall.

Infringement - Breach of the above terms is a violation any international law and constitutes copyright infringement. Due to the expense of our operation and value of our material, we have no choice but to legally pursue infringement cases to protect our investments. Wildlife SOS and/or its worldwide partners can and will act.
