Job Location: Delhi

Job Profile:

  • Visiting Wildlife Rescue Centers and gathering photo & update material
  • Manage relations with donors/sponsors, creating updates on sponsored animals
  • Update social media presence, including content creation (facebook, twitter, youtube, blogs, photographs, videos, website)
  • Manage media repository & photo library
  • Drafting & posting press releases
  • Produce and design brochures, flyers, offline communication
  • Manage media relations and public relations in general
  • Develop and manage promotional & PR strategies and awareness programs
  • Create reports
  • Outreach

Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication and both written and spoken English skills is a necessity.
  • Graduation in any subject. (Grad/Degree in Journalism and Mass communication/Public Relations will be an added advantage)
  • Efficient in handling social media like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest et al.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Knowlegde of handling design software/photoshop will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in handling press/social media.

  • Submission of QMR statement to Bank.

  • Preparing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Preparing Income & Expenditure and Receipt and Payment.
  • Preparing Monthly Salary Sheet / check Attendance Register Etc.

Income Tax:

  • Timely Deduction & Deposits of TDS under various heads.
  • Preparation for Quarterly TDS Return (e-TDS return).
  • Issuing & Obtaining Form 16/16A.
